Customer Payment Experience

  1. Customer check out as usual

  2. Customer select Riipay as their payment method

  3. Customer will be able to see the summary of payment before proceeding

  4. Once customer then click “Next”, they have to enter their phone number

  5. OTP will be send to ensure its their phone number

  6. For “New User”, they have to key in their basic info while “Existing User” will skip this step

  7. Customer will then key in their card details (either debit or credit)

  8. And it’s done!

  9. Customer will then receive an email notification on their payment being processed

  10. Customer will received another email in 5 – 10min to notify their status of purchase

  11. In the event of a failed payment, it will redirect to the store
